In the event that product has malfuctioned after installation, please answer the following as detailed as possible:
All returns must be made within 30-days and authorized with a completed Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form. For non-defective goods: Customer pays return freight charges and a 25% restocking fee. Full case returns only with product in resalable condition. RGA requires approval from responsible Sales Manager. All RGA returns are subject to ETI SSL approval. For defective goods: ETI SSL retains the right to provide product replacement for defective goods. In instances when product is discontinued, ETI SSL reserves the right to substitute an “as equal.” Warranty terms continue from date of original purchase.
